The plot at Niemczańska 33 was an empty space. It belonged to the city of Wrocław until December 2012, when it was purchased by a private investor. Construction of the office building began in 2015 and continued until the end of 2019. After the construction was completed, in 2020 we started searching for the first tenants.
N33 – WHO WE ARE
Our office building in the south of Wrocław offers 9 modern office and service units for rent in the heart of the Gaj estate, in the Krzyki district, with a total area of nearly 750 m². N33 is a modern office and service complex consisting of two buildings with three floors, designed for offices, services, cosmetic and medical rooms.
Our building is an intimate office structure distinguished by its unique character. Its modern appearance is based on a combination of white and anthracite colors. Residents of the neighborhood often call it the “grey-white twin.” The design combines a post-industrial style with high-quality building materials and energy-efficient solutions, which translate into low operating costs for tenants.

HISTORY OF THE N33 VIRTUAL OFFICE
In March 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, apart from physical tenants, a virtual office service was launched. Many companies did not plan to return to physical offices after the pandemic, and remote work became the standard. This caused a decrease in demand for traditional office spaces.
In response to these changes, we launched the N33 Virtual Office, offering companies and individuals an address for registration and mail handling without the need for physical presence at the premises.
As owners of the office building at Niemczańska Street, we noticed this change in the market and launched the N33 Virtual Office (also known as the Niemczańska Virtual Office). The name N33 derives directly from the address of our property – Niemczańska 33.
We welcomed the first virtual office clients already in May 2020, still during the pandemic. Since then, we have served hundreds of clients from Wrocław, across Poland, and abroad. These include limited liability companies, civil partnerships, limited partnerships, sole proprietorships, and even joint-stock companies.
We offer rental of an address for company registration and mail handling – with no limits on letters or pages. Everything is included in one clear package. Thanks to this, cooperation with us is transparent, simple and fair.
Our services are also used by private individuals who need a correspondence address – for example during their stay abroad, frequent travel, change of residence or for formal purposes (e.g., impressum, return address, etc.). We receive letters and parcels, then scan the contents and send them as a PDF file to the client's email address.
N33 Virtual Office – Niemczańska is the only virtual office in Wrocław that owns the building in which it operates. Our office building includes 9 service units rented to permanent clients who need service space. Thanks to this, our clients can be sure that the address of their company is a real location and the service will operate without interruptions and will not disappear “overnight,” as it can happen with offices renting premises from external parties.
